Duty, customs tariffs and VAT are set by the destination country and will be charged to you directly upon the arrival of your package.

Should you cancel your purchase once we have already sent your package, it is important that you still pick up your goods. Then you can return the item/s to us.
If you have ordered goods from us, and do not pick up the package we will bill you a fee equivalent to the shipping and the return. This invoice must be paid within 30 days.
If you do not pick up your package, it registers as "unretrieved", then we must bill you for the costs we incurred in connection with administration, packaging and delivery of your shipment.

We use Klarna if you wish to pay by invoice. Select "TSB". You will receive the invoice by e- mail to you and it must be paid within 14 days, the payment date shown on invoice . When you choose to pay by invoice / Klarna will be a service charge of 29 SEK.

Want to part-pay your goods, choose Klarna account . If you select the payment you will receive an invoice from Klarna where you see your accumulated purchases from the webbbuitiker where you shopped and decided to use the Klarna Account. These invoices can then partial payment each month.
Have you chosen the installment you get a single invoice for your purchases. Klarna then send the invoice to you in the middle of the month and shall be paid at the end of the same month. If you pay your bill late Klarna takes out a reminder fee of 50 SEK and any default interest. Reminder invoice shall be paid within ten days. If the bill unlikely is not paid the SEGORIA takes over the case and then it becomes a collection action.

Do this if you want to return / exchange a garment that you have purchased here in the shop;
Send an email to email@example.com. Then we know that your package will come to us. If you want to change to some other goods, we reserve the garment/product to you.
Read the return form that came with the package and then complete the form.
Add the return form along with your order confirmation and send this back to us.
We accept no returns of garments:
which is used or otherwise deviates from its original state
where labels and original packaging are missing or damaged .
which reach us later than the 14 days right of return applies. The Return must be received within 14 days of your package was picked up.

Do you want to complain about a product you bought here in the shop, we are grateful if you notify us as soon as you received it.
For complaints and defects, we apply the Consumer purchase Act. When we received the goods and approved the claim we make a full recovery, and is replacing the expenses you incurred for shipping.
